Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request or book shed removal, teardown, or demolition from Sun City Shed Removal in El Paso, Texas. By contacting us for service you agree to the following.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown on this site and in our instant estimator are starting points based on typical jobs. The firm, final price is the one our crew confirms with you on site before any work begins — once you approve it, that is what you pay, with no hidden fees added afterward. Pricing depends on the shed's size and build materials, whether a concrete slab or foundation has to come out, and site access.

Scheduling & Same-Day Service

We offer same-day pickups subject to availability and will always give you an arrival window. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control, and we will contact you to reschedule if we cannot make a confirmed window.

What We Tear Down & Haul

We demolish and haul away wood, metal, and vinyl sheds, storage buildings, playsets and swing sets, decks and fences, and related backyard structures, plus the concrete slabs or footings under them. We cannot handle hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, batteries, propane, asbestos, or medical and biohazard waste. You confirm that the structures set out for removal are yours to demolish and are free of hazardous contents.

Property & Liability

Our crews work carefully around fences, gates, landscaping, and utility lines, and protect the surrounding yard. We carry insurance and will address any damage directly caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing wear, buried lines not marked before we arrive, or structures you ask us to remove that were not yours to demolish.

Hauling & Disposal

Once torn down, the shed debris and materials become our responsibility to recycle or dispose of properly, and we route salvageable lumber and metal to recycling partners where possible. We cannot return materials after they have been hauled off.
